To be able to grow we must know what we have done. This is why writing down our positives and negatives from the year is so important This review of the year reminds us and brings to light where we have succeeded and where we could use some more work.

They could be business, personal, relational, or whatever else happened for you in 2020.  Sit in a quiet place away from distractions so you can really think about and write out all thats happened. 

Some of my positives from 2020:
Successfully starting my business and being able to make it profitable through the pandemic.
Increasing my strength through increasing workouts.
Spent more time with Hannah, my wife, and all our animals.
Had a lot of time to increase self reflection through prayer and meditation.

Some of my negatives from 2020:
Took a little while for me to really get my time management back once quitting my 9-5
When I first started out (April) I realized I wasn't balancing everything well so I was becoming anxious and stressed
Trips were cancelled.

So those are just some on my list. There is no specific length but try to get it all down. Next week we will go over how we can take this list and use it while implementing your goals for 2021.
