Make Anger Work For You

I often refer to anger as a masking emotion – it’s a disguise for fear. As someone who struggle with anger issues myself and helping many others, I learned that the most intense and angry people are often the most afraid. We’re afraid of losing, failing, getting rejected, or getting hurt.  Anger is a defensive and protective emotion - and it can also be a deterrence from the deeper emotions of pain.

Healing and recovering requires us to move pass it so that we can get to the core of the issue.

We cannot make peace with ourselves if we avoid these difficult emotions - this leads to inner conflicts of overwhelm or feelings of shame. By bottling up our emotions, we eventually blow up when we can no longer contain the frustration.

In this session, I want to give you some tools that will help you use your anger in productive ways for personal growth rather than for self-destruction and chaos in your life.
