I am so excited to embark on Day 2 content today and I am so deeply impressed by all of you who showed up to share and participate in your homework activity. The results so far have been amazing and it's only been ONE day so let's keep this journey going!

Today we are walking through the second part of the healing process - releasing what no longer serves us.

This is one of the BIGGEST elements of healing we do inside of the HEAL Program.

You cannot create the life of your dreams if you are holding onto things that do not serve you.

So many of us are holding onto HURTS, STORIES, and MEMORIES from old experiences...

And we let what we have been through shape, affect, and define who we are today, how we show up in the world, and how we THINK the world is.

But these hurts, stories and memories all carry a really heavy vibration and continue to hold us back from creating the life of our dreams if we do not release them and rewrite them.

And that is what we are doing today!

To put it simply, we have to put down what we are carrying and let it go of what is not ours to call in what we really want.

Your homework assignment, explained in todays video, will be an extremely powerful ritual of healing for you.

Letting go of the hurts, stories, and memories that I was carrying was the BIGGEST results-based action that led to abundance, health and emotional healing in my life.

My life changed before my eyes when I released what was no longer serving me.

And I am really excited to see what opens up for you with this practice!
