This wasn't supposed to be the first episode. I was just testing my gear—checking lighting, tweaking audio, and pretending to look like I knew what I was doing. Then I hit “Go Live” and decided to show people what MAKE IT WEIRD might feel like. No big deal. Just a harmless little test... that ended up kicking me in the soul.

Somehow, a random tech check turned into a full-blown existential gut-punch of a show. I opened up, got real, and weirdly, it felt right. So right that even my harshest critic—my wife Shari—looked at me with teary eyes and said, “This is your calling.”
