We have reached a benchmark here in New York City as protests and rallies against police brutality and racial injustice have surpassed the 30-day mark!  Today, Shayla and Terrell discuss the first one they attended and filmed nearly a month ago.

This is the very first episode of "Sit Down With Rell" featuring Terrell Patterson  and Shayla Hebron. We are co-owners of Beyond The Lens, inc. We launched a podcast 2 years ago called Shay and Rell Know Story. We learned a lot on this journey and want to share with you some of the tips that helped us get started and kept us going.

As the majority of the country's eyes have been opened to systemic racism and injustice, those who were blinded to the realities are not only taking to the streets but opening their checkbooks in an effort to combat racial injustice.  Today, Shayla and Terrell highlight some of the companies who are FINALLY saying, "Black Lives Matter"!
