In this first episode, six members of staff from the Community Links Practitioner programme provide input on, 'What is the Links Approach?' The episode will provide some context around the creation of the programme and its purpose. Listeners will then have the opportunity to hear directly from CLPs about the day to day aspects of their roles.

The Makes Links Podcast will showcase what it means to be a Community Links Practitioner and the myriad of tasks and skills that are required to perform the role. The podcast will also invite guests from GP practices and members of the communities where the CLPs are based to discuss how the presence of CLPs are making an impact on the delivery of community care and support.
