God has promised to give us mental and emotional strength IF we will BELIEVE HIS PROMISES about the outcome of the situations of our lives. Hope in God turning things around for good (instead of being fearful, anxious and worried) will cause us to have a joyful expectation for what is ahead, and that JOY WILL MAKE US STRONG PEOPLE OF FAITH who cannot be crushed by other people or by life’s circumstances.
