Today’s clue is provided to us by Mel Robbins, American Lawyer, Author, television host and motivational speaker.

Mel Robbins provides us with three realizations we need to have to ensure that our new intentional habits for success stick.

1.    We must realize that to reach our success we must force ourselves to do what we don’t feel like doing.

2.    Secondly, we must repeat the 1st every single day, over and over again.

3.    Then finally the last realization we must have, when you have a bad or down day, within the situations where you are triggered, you must have self-compassion.

Many of us make the mistake that when we are faced with a hurdle or challenge and we are not calm and conscious and slightly feel out of control, we become our worst judge.

Remember you are allowed to have a off day, realize that and decide that tomorrow will be greater, and you will accomplish your daily agenda.

The only person we have to compare ourselves with, is who you were yesterday, push through don’t become derailed and strive for the successful you!
