Today we're talking about the importance of checking up and checking in.  We all mean well.  We all intend to make time to check in -- but how many of us actually do?  Everyone is busy and has a million things going on.  Lets not assume you know how your people are doing.  Lets check up on them and check in with them!  Call them.  Email them. Text them. You'll be glad you did.
