MAKE TIME!

In order to make at all, first you need to MAKE TIME.

Easier said than done? I have my struggles with this bit of advice, so I work it out and present some ideas!

Some highlights–

  • Time management is pain management: what underlying feeling is driving me from my work?
  • Use the first 10 minutes of your day for your creative practice.
  • Anything that supports your creativity IS your practice.
  • Say no to say yes (more on this in an upcoming episode!)
  • Be compassionate with yourself and others so we can all find our ways through time to PROGRESS and PROCESS
