The most precious commodity in life is Time. We can't get it back, and we tend to treat it like we'll never run out of it. It's very important to keep your attention on how you spend your time, and how you are wasting it. When your children are young the time you spend with them means everything to them, and if you focus your awareness correctly you'll realize how that time means everything to you.
