Romans 15:5 states “Through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” The Bible promises the possibility of change. Change is good. Before you can read it, you have to open the Bible. After you read it Joshua 1:8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night.” So think on these things Philippians 4:8 … “whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Then you must do the work, and then stand on it. Not such an easy task, but remember you are making your faith work for you.
