Now that I am fully macOS and iOS, I want to take advantage of all of the options available for maximizing my Mac and getting rid of any subscriptions I don't need - and one of those was Calendly. At about $50 a year, Fantastical is a very affordable option and gives you lots of flexibility if you need basic scheduling.
