Do you like to do what is easy because it is easy? Do you save the hard stuff for last if you even get to it at all?
No goal worth it's weight in gold is a real goal unless it is challenging. What is there to appreciate once you achieve something you have already done hundreds or even thousands of times before?
Our brains tell us not do get into situations that may be difficult because there may be harm at some level. The harm could be physical or it could be mental in the form of defeat, rejection, etc.
What do you desire to accomplish? What are the most difficult aspects of this goal?
Practice these aspects. Practice and then practice some more. You may not necessarily master what is difficult but you will become proficient at it or at least proficient in the means to have it accomplished.
