September Makeover: Annemarie!

I'm always my last priority. I know how important self care is, but I just don’t have the time or energy. I've been taking care of my father with dementia since 2020 when my mother passed away.  We have 4 dogs and I work a full time job, in addition to managing our household. I'm just exhausted & depressed most days, and I think a makeover would help my self-esteem.
