Carolina Campbell began her career on Wall Street in 1999, joining the analyst program at Goldman Sachs. She held several sales, marketing and corporate strategy positions within the securities division before moving into leadership roles at other global investment banks. She is also the founder of ICG. ICG supports entrepreneurs and growing private franchises achieve their next level of growth within the current life-cycle of their businesses.
