People pleasing is something I have come to realize I have struggled with for most of my life. I didn't understand that I was a people pleaser for the longest time and once I understood that part of it, I worked hard to trust my decisions were coming from a place within and not just to make other people happy. 

It was a challenge for me and some of the things that helped me I share in this episode with all of you. I hope that this helps you or someone in your life to make decisions that are truly for THEM and not to make some else more comfortable or to receive their approval.
