Harry French is the Program Manager of ClimateWise, a green economy network hub based out of Ontario, Canada that helps businesses and organizations set and achieve sustainability goals. In this episode, Harry shares how he managed a career shift from tourism to coaching executives on how to facilitate dialogue, and ultimately to developing and sharing his passion for sustainable energy. Lorri discusses with Harry why it can be so difficult for smaller businesses to adopt sustainable practices, and why it's so important to be willing to ask the vulnerable questions.
