Making big sacrifices for music is it worth it? An era of distrokid in an era where people can just post them music everywhere in the era where people stream more than they'd even buy CDs why is the independent artist should I signed to a label especially a major when I can do it by myself without having to deal with the b******* I've been through this s*** multiple times multiple multiple times I've been played by labels I have people swear they own labels who have not done anything for me whatsoever. so after getting hit with all this BS why should I sit there and waste my time and I hate how people sit there and say if you're not making these big sacrifice is AKA sacrificing my apartment or whatever the case may be just so I can go all the way to Atlanta or whatever to go meet up with some so-called big label owner so that I can be able to become a big rap artist by the same time I grow a struggling to pay rent while I'm living up in this f****** rap dream. So why people sit there like these big influencers these guys that are the managers of these big artists put these stories yo that was at a time when we didn't have the distrokid or all this other stuff that people are on nowadays
