In this sermon, the Apostle Peter urges believers to make every effort to grow in their faith and supplement it with virtues such as moral excellence, knowledge, self-control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection, and love. By doing so, believers confirm their calling and election and will be richly provided an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
