Remember when Drake gave us accidental advice from his song No New Friends? A lot of people to that popular expression to heart and took a stance to stick with the friends they already had, with the intent to not be welcoming of anyone new. But Growth equals change, meaning when you grow in this life, changes are going to happen. Sometimes that change leads you away from your old friends–yes, even the ones that have been “down” for you since day one. Sometimes you need new friends to compliment your new level. That level can be a new emotional or spiritual. When your oldest friends become old friends you become forced to look for new ones.
