I  voice feeling sadness tonight about my life and our world. I'm grateful I can feel my feeling and ride the wave of sadness . I  own my  grief and find peace in the healing.

As a child, I practiced magic tricks and became adept at deception. As an adult, I practiced self-deception and became adept at living a  lie to get along in the world. I see humanity doing likewise today on a global safe. We can outgrow the habit.
