At the time, most Durable Medical Equipment (DME) dealers operated out of warehouses with little or no showroom space, making it difficult for customers to see or try products before purchasing.

Erica set out to change this by creating inviting showrooms where customers could explore, compare, and try out a wide selection of medical equipment and home access solutions—just like shopping for any other product. This vision led to the creation of Harmony Home Medical’s beautiful showrooms and their commitment to delivering next-level service and education to every client.
