Episode 1: Welcome to the Breakfast with Betty podcast! Since it was my first time doing this, uploading episode 1 was a little messy so this might appear out of order! In this first episode I get vulnerable in telling you why I chose to start this podcast, and what my intentions are. To be honest having my own talk show was always that dream I had as a little girl. I looked up to people like Don Fransisco, Ellen Degeneres, and Barbara Walters. I used to host a podcast with one of my dear friends, you can hear those episodes at: Dream Chasers and Change Makers. Even after we stopped recording I always thought about jumping back on the mic to host a show that would speak to my community (Latinas, millennials, moms).It took me a while to step in to that dream but here I am – doing it!
