Rita: "Throughout my master's degree, I started having some classes on neurosciences and the human brain, and I started seeing, okay, that's what I like, that's what I want to explore a little further. And even more than that, we started exploring what kind of technology was applied in psychiatry, in psychology, and what a surprise, we looked at it and there is none. There is no technology, there is no innovation in those fields."

Rita: "Something that we are proud of and usually people criticize a little bit, is every time we have an opportunity, we take it and we go learn from it. We did a lot of acceleration programs, we did a lot of mentoring. We really grew. We had an academic background in engineering, but we lacked completely the parts of the business, of the entrepreneurial world."

Rita: Our main goal at Nevaro Tech is turning mental health tangible. We are showing that there is science backing it up. If you do this, your body will be like that, and that will improve because of that. Something that we really value is being really straightforward deconstructing everything like showing the science behind what will breathing exercises do to your oxygen rate, carbon dioxide, how will that affect your body and how many times you should do it."

Rob: "Working with founders from all over the world all the time, I can't tell you how many times people are waiting for the perfect product. If you wait 'till perfect, it's too late. Get good out, get feedback, iterate, and move quickly."
