Mistakes are an integral part of the human experience, but we tend to have a low tolerance for them. What happens in your brain and body when you make an error? I illustrate how I recently used this practice after a mistake that I made and highlight how my reaction today is radically different from what it was before.
Instead of getting bogged down by the limiting beliefs that our brain tells us, we can jump into solution-based thinking instead.
