It’s been said that 85% of what we do as an adult is dictated by what was impressed upon us in our first 7 years of life. That’s why a lot of healing is done through inner child work. As a baby we learn to rely on our parents, and sometimes as adults we end up having a hard time doing what's best for us without someone telling us it’s important.
