Only on the "CBS This Morning" podcast, Tina Tchen, the Chair of the Recording Academy Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion, joins CBS News' Michelle Miller to discuss how the music industry to working to increase opportunities for women. A recent University of Southern California Annenberg study found only 2 percent of music producers and 3 percent of engineers are women. Tchen shares the importance of having over 200 managers, labels and artists joining the new inclusion initiative.
