Season 1 is ending with a bang! Today we have CEO and Founder of Prowess Project, Ashley Connell! Noticing the lack of female presence in companies, especially after maternal leave, Ashley decided that she would ensure executives had no excuse to not hire women by making a recruiting platform for women so employers can find qualified and impassioned women for their team. In discussing her dreams for her company, she wants to make the hiring space as inclusive as possible by creating more diversity in her own platform.
