Chad Aldridge is a loan and Business Development Officer at First Southern National Bank in Richmond, Kentucky. He made major life changes all at once and the stress and anxiety had an effect on him. He changed jobs, got married, and became a father in a short period of time.
He shares how there was no shame in seeking help. He also is grateful for his supportive wife and the people at First Southern National Bank who believed in him and his ability to build relationships and business.
