This week I sat down with two members of our community, Aliza Noe and Sophie Woolfstien of GIFT Manchester.

For many, GIFT is the name behind the mysterious food bins that make their inconspicuous arrival shortly before Purim, and seem to vanish as quickly as they come.

But after spending a week filming for GIFT, I realised that behind the scenes, GIFT is running an operation of epic proportion, and I wanted to find out more.
