Today we are talking about the Synap2it Process!

The Synap2it Process is simple! 

At Synap2it we make school more successful by addressing and training concepts that may have been missed along the students journey. 

For example, we assess 11 areas that contribute to mathematical success. A student may have 8 of those abilities in place and not 3. Those three can still be interfering with the student’s success. 

First, we begin with ​assessment​. 

• -  The Structure of Intellect assessment we use at Synap2it will ​identify the students' 
• learning abilities. 
• -  Tests are appropriate for ages five through adulthood. They are​ ​normed according to age and grade level. 
• The second step is ​identification​. 
• -  An analysis is generated based on the student’s test scores. 
• -  It profiles the following areas: 

- Cognition, evaluation, memory, creativity, and problem-solving. 

The third step is t​raining​. 

• -  Personalized training materials in the form of paper-pencil and/or computer are 
• available based on the student’s test results. 
• -  Low abilities are targeted at the beginning of the program. 
• -  Average to high abilities are further strengthened. 
• The fourth step is Sensory Integration and Focusing Skills screening and training. 

- We assess a student’s perceptual and developmental abilities to ascertain if there are physical skills that are underdeveloped and therefore interfering with a student’s ability to do the work of learning.
