Hello everyone. Hope everyone is doing great. Today I am here to share with you guys my recipe for the restaurant style shawarma
I started by marinating the boneless chicken with some yogurt, red chili powder, a bit of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. I wanted to keep it simple and give it a homemade touch.
Then I made the sauce using plenty of mayonnaise
Then I heated a frying pan and fried all the chicken pieces on low heat so it can be tender and juicy
Then I shredded all the chicken pieces so I can easily place them in my shawarma
Then I toasted the bread from both sides in a little bit of oil and then starting the layering process which is very simple and convenient.
