Audre is a trauma-informed certified spiritual director. She has been a soul companion for over 20 years. Her certification is through the Companioning Center. Audre holds a BA of Religion with an emphasis in Biblical and Theological Studies. She is a Hope*Writer and a Sayge Link Member. She is a podcaster on The Spacious and the Sacred, with fellow spiritual directors Irene Dunlop, Heather Fignar and Andi Chatburn.

Audre specializes in working with people who are isolated, and lonely from the effects of shame and trauma. She holds space for individuals and groups who are discovering and questioning their inner goodness. Audre embraces all communities including those that are neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, or spiritually diverse as they seek to find wholeness and freedom.
