Lauren Alexandra is a 19-year-old college student. The Rare Beauty Ambassador program was her first step into the larger conversation about mental health. For Lauren, mental health has always been on her periphery but in the last year, she entered college, started working, and began her career all at once. It was through this process that she became extremely aware of the importance of mental health in the lives of college students and how necessary it is for students to know how to take care of themselves.
