Nigel is the Senior Vice President of Global Innovation and Research and Development for Kellogg's. Although we may think no more of them than the cereal bars and boxes we see around our households, Kellogg's currently leads the way to cultivate a more sustainable future through global business efforts.

But Nigel’s impressive CV doesn’t stop there! Before Kellogg's, he also served as the Senior Vice President of R&D for SC Johnson, as well as over a decade at Unilever as the head of Global Technology. 

In today’s episode, we discuss the impact of the food industry on sustainability and the innovation that we are seeing.
