In this episode I speak to the extremely brave Ashely Smith about her choice not to have children.

Ashley shares how and why she made the decision, alongside outlining how she has approached telling friends and family. She also offers extremely thoughtful advice for anyone else considering making a similar choice, whether for personal, medical or environmental reasons.

This is a subject which is still not talked about enough in society and is sometimes still wrongly considered taboo. I'm proud to be able to welcome Ashley to the show and discuss her story.
