Today I sit down to talk shop with Josh Bauserman, Master Electrician and owner/operator of Haven Electrical out of Ashland, Va. Josh has been working with his hands since he was 14 years old and has been an electrician for over 20 years. In this conversation we talk about everything from coming up in the trades, to vehicle organization and the importance of organization in general. Josh is a great guy who's passionate about the work that he does, even after all this time. He's got a lot to teach and he's a great electrician to try to emulate (for all you younger listeners out there).
