Psalm 139:1-6, 13-18

Regrets can be an instrument of God’s grace and learning that God’s presence never leaves us can bring us strength to empathize with others, forgive sooner, and live more fully.

We all have regrets, both for the things we missed doing but should have done and those things we know we shouldn’t have done and now we have regrets for doing. Sometimes our actions have hurt others.
