We're so back, and we're looking at Making the Band 3, Season 3, episodes 7 & 8. Rudy is back as the main villain of the season, gaslighting Aundrea right before they break up. They also record "Hold Me Down" and perform "Ride For You" live for the first time.

Then we finally get a band name: Danity Kane, and we start shooting the lead single's music video - it's time to Show Stop! But will they finish filming the video in time. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Welcome back to Making the Stan! This week, we're continuing a rather boring deep dive into Making the Band 3, Season 3 as your co-hosts persevere through the trenches of staged conflict and offensive attacks on their two favs.

The girls move in together, find a mouse, call exterminators, pretend those exterminators are hot, and then get through vocal practices with new coach Betty Wright, who actually coaches!

Then Diddy puts them up to a 72 hour grueling schedule of rehearsals, workouts, interviews, meetings, etc. while they try to find themselves and stick together. How will everything unfold?

Welcome to the start of season two of Making the Stan. We're back, we've finally made a group, and we're on to the next stage of what makes Danity Kane who they are.

At the beginning of season three of Making the Band 3, the girls reunite after some time with family and go to Dawn's hometown of New Orleans. They celebrate Mardi Gras, but more importantly, they're all there to help support Dawn and her family as they see the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina firsthand.

Then the girls travel to Houston for the NBA All-Star weekend, where they will perform three songs to a private audience. While doing so, we'll be introduced to secret sixth member, Auberella.

Can the girls gel together instantly to get this group started on the right foot, or will they falter as they try to learn how each other works? We'll just have to wait and see!

We’re looking at episodes 6, 7 & 8 of Making the Band 3 season 2. The girls get broken up into groups to sing original songs made for them, and we’ll see what tensions arise when the girls are forced to pick their ideal group. Who are the favs? Who will rise to the occasions? But most importantly, what is going on with Taquita? Let's dive in.

In episode seven of Making the Stan, we're so back and the girls are performing in groups of five to the Making the Band 3 theme song, "Oh la la" by Cheri Dennis. But not all of the girls make it as they continue dropping like flies due to injuries and illness.

Then the girls all head down to Miami where our tried and true veterans are back on the chopping block. Are Aubrey & Aundrea safe. Who is getting sent home?
