On this episode, I interviewed Dr. Daniel Ward, who is a double-board certified plastic surgeon. He completed his five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery followed by the completion of his Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship.

He discussed his transition from leaving the University and going out on his own. Dr. Ward mentioned on this podcast that his years working at the University gave him the confidence to open his practice. Despite the challenges he faced, he is grateful for the lessons learned.
