As a pastor, I cannot tell you how many times over the years someone has told me they feel they've gone too far, done too much, or started too late to be able to overcome what was to be in their lives, and can't even hope for what possibly is yet to be.
Well, if I may, I will share this truth… it is never too late to start a New Year fresh. Yet with necessity, we must stop and reflect on the year gone by; the triumphs you've achieved, time shared with family, friends, the good done, and the good choices you made. Yet, if we’re to grow and develop, we also have to look back at and acknowledge the things that challenged us, and the things that did not go so well. And please hear this well… set-backs happen everyday to every one. There is nothing wrong with setbacks. As a matter of fact, if we don’t have obstacles to overcome in life we won’t grow, nor learn. Join us this Sunday, January 13th as we look into God's Word and understand that no matter what the past has held, this year can be your best year ever.
