First of all, I’ll say this. If you don’t socialise with other people due to workloads, you’ll be depressed. Find time to socialise with others, enjoy your life and be around people who encourage, support, love, teach, direct, lead, scare, push you to succeed higher, reach and achieve your dreams.
Socialising with other people in your place of work, church, school, college, and university helps increase your sense of happiness, well-being and mental health. Interactions help with your memory and cognitive skills, and social skills with people help decrease depression and anxiety levels. It enables you to establish friendships, and you feel less lonely.
