Understand #compromise. Nobody likes to #compromise. It's an end reached by necessity, not by choice, but #understanding why it's needed and #accepting it when it's the only option is vital. Continuously reaching for an end that is unachievable is unrealistic and can drain energy and resources from you and your #team.

Don't dawdle on your #decisions. One of the hardest things to do is make a #decision on the fly, but frequently the #decisions you need to make aren't time-sensitive. On the other hand, though, this can be problematic as it can lead to procrastination. The harder a #decision is, the easier it can be to put it off. Set a limit for yourself, a time that you need to have decided by.

Be #neutral. While staying #neutral is a skill (and topic) all on its own, it's important to factor it in when making #decisions. You want to make sure your #decision is not influenced by personal opinion or leans one way or the other. It needs to be by-the-books and influenced by clear-cut logic, and the #considerations of your #team.
