Host Bio:
Amy started her small business as a hobby, and It turned into a business that grew so fast. Because of this, she did go through a lot of trial and error. One thing Amy wished she could have had along the way was a mentor to guide, support, and encourage her.
Amy’s passion now is to be that support for a woman as she goes through business and or to help her with that business support and laser focus on her goals and ideas. The vision of Amy’s business is to be a safe space for women, a space where they can let go and be able to feel like themselves. To journey through knowing what it's like to be “me” (them). As women, we wear so many hats, and Amy’s heart is always to have the place where a woman can let go and be empowered by challenging her mind, body, and spirit.
