Kacchi is one of the most popular and famous delicious dishes in Bangladesh.It is usually made for weddings, birthdays, Eid and other family occasions.Kacchi is the name of an emotion.Kachchi is not only appreciated in Bangladesh but also in West Bengal and India.

Let's share with you a simple recipe for making kacchi friends.

Ingredients for Kachchi Biryani :

  1. Beef or mutton (I used beef here)
  2. Basmati rice
  3. Yogurt and spices (ginger, garlic, onion, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves, etc.)
  4. Keora water
  5. Food color (orange)
  6. Ghee and various types of nuts, raisins
  7. 7.Alubokhara

    Kachhi cooking process :

    First, wash the meat well and marinate it with all kinds of spices. I have cooked the meat for a while here since it is beef and tough. Then in a large pot, first add the meat and the rice to be boiled step by

    step. Then add Beresta, almonds, raisins, kewra, water, ghee, plums and after adding everything, let it sit and simmer for 30 minutes.

    The taste of Kachchi is amazing and it is basically a great combination of spices.The slow cooking of the kacchi allows all the flavors of the meat to permeate the rice.The pork was delicious, very soft and tender.
