Rev. Master Meian Elbert, Abbess of Shasta Abbey, talks about making vows and how to approach this practice in our lives. She shares her thoughts about what vows 'are' and 'are not', and how we can hold them gently and not be 'overwhelmed' by them should we choose to incorporate them into our practice.
