What you tolerate you encourage!  WOW, wow, wow, what a life-changing truth.

This is why most businesses never make it to the level of excellent.  They tolerate mediocrity.

Think about all of the stuff that we tolerate.

Speaking about our businesses and exactly our systems.

Why?  Why do we tolerate someone not following the system we created?

Because of the one thing that most people DREAD.  More than dread, they hate it!

Leaders LEAD.  And leading includes confrontation.

BUT, no one likes being the bad guy.  Most people like to be liked.  Instead of confronting – they would rather be friends.
