The heart of God is generous. The 5th dispute of Malachi is all about God's people reflecting God's character. God is the one who gives you what you have and some of what He has given to you is not for you, it is for someone else. God wants to give through you as well. When we fail to see God's generosity to us, we feel justified to withhold our generosity.
