In this episode, Malavika Pande, Program Manager at Microsoft, shares her experiences breaking into product management. Growing up, Malavika never wanted to be siloed into a particular path. She fell in love with the field for its versatility, dipping her toes into multiple problem spaces. She walks through the key skills from her Computer Science background that transferred to her current product role.
